For Job Seekers

Is Hired Hand free for job seekers?: Yes. Browsing, applying, messaging, and building a profile is always free for anyone looking for work.

For Employers

What's the difference between Select, Choice, and Prime job posts?: Select is a basic 30-day listing. Choice adds candidate matching, push notifications, and social posts over 60 days. Prime gets featured placement, search priority, and the fastest go-live at 90 days.
Should I pay per post or subscribe monthly?: If you hire more than 2-3 times a month, the monthly plan saves you money. Occasional hirers should stick with pay-per-post.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?: Yes. Cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. Active listings stay live until they expire.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?: Yes, anytime. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.
How fast do listings go live?: Depends on the tier — anywhere from within 1 hour (Prime) to within 24 hours (Select).
Can I edit a listing after it's posted?: Yes. Update role details, pay, or description anytime — changes go live immediately.
What happens when my listing expires?: It comes down from search automatically. You can repost it in a couple taps.

For Service Providers

What does a Service Provider listing get me?: An always-on business profile searchable by ranches, farms, and ag operations looking for help — Base covers the essentials, Prime adds featured placement and a verified badge.
Is it free for ranches to browse service providers?: Yes. Searching, viewing profiles, and sending the first message costs nothing.
How does the verified badge work for service providers?: It signals you've been confirmed as a real, active business — helping you stand out and build trust faster with new clients.

General

What areas does Hired Hand cover?: Nationwide. Wherever you're ranching, farming, or looking for ag work, Hired Hand covers you.
What payment methods do you accept?: All major credit and debit cards. Monthly plans bill automatically each period.
Is my information/data secure?: Yes. Your data is encrypted and never sold to third parties. We only use it to connect you with the right jobs, hands, or service providers — nothing else.
Is the app available yet, or still in beta?: We're currently in beta testing. Right now, the app is available to employers only — job seeker and service provider access is coming soon as we roll out further.
